ROLE DESCRIPTION
Als (junior) inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inkopen van raw promotie materiaal van onze klant. Denk dan aan glaswerk, papier, karton.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Je verfijnt en optimaliseert de specificaties in nauw overleg met de salesteams, marketing, juridische dienst, transport en logistiek.
- Je leidt het sourcing proces, negotieert en sluit contracten af met leveranciers, waarbij kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid, service en budget optimaal voldoen aan verwachtingen van alle betrokken partijen.
- Je onderhoudt de contacten met leveranciers, volgt lopende (raam)contracten op.
- Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe, potentiële leveranciers, mogelijke verbeteringen, synergiën, nieuwe markttendensen.
- Jouw aankopen worden gedreven door rolling forecast op basis van verkoopcijfers én forecastaanpassingen welke je worden gecommuniceerd door de salesafdelingen.
REQUIREMENTS
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in een economische richting.
- Je beschikt over overtuigingskracht en negotiatietalent.
- Je bent gedreven, organisatorisch en analytisch sterk.
- Zelfstandig werken is geen probleem voor jou.
- Door je goede communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je voor een optimale samenwerking met de andere afdelingen.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
