Junior AP Accountant role (6 months contract from 1st of October 2021, maternity cover)

To be the best candidate for this role it’s good to have a University degree in financial field (but it’s not obligatory), previous experience in similar position is not required. We seeking for a problem solving, open minded and detail-oriented person with great communication skills, someone who can work under pressure. Knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential, German would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with preparing, reviewing and entering invoices in the SAP accounting system
- Supporting in solving problems related to unpaid invoices,
- Assisting in verification of incoming PO invoices
- Helping in research and resolving open invoices/credits and maintain supplier relationships
- Ensuring that invoices/credits notes are processed accurately in a timely manner
- Serving as helping hand in preparation of inspection reports
- Following accounting standard and company policies
