For our Client, international company establishing new Shared Service Centre in Katowice we are currently looking for Candidates who would like to develop themselves at financial and accounting area and who are ready to join the company as Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist.
On this position you will be responsible for perform various operational F&A activities within an Accounts Receivable area, preparation of specifications/reconciliations and documentation of the submitted financial data, timely completion of all allocated tasks (daily, weekly, monthly), communicate with internal and external SSC customer in an effective and efficient manner, possible participation in process migration, prepare process documentation, participation in continuous process improvement, perform billing, prepare invoices and/or other documentation and send them to the clients, match incoming payments against open items, investigate any differences, review customer accounts and prepare dunning documentation, prepare parts of the monthly reconciliation.
To be a successful Candidate you should have previous experience in accounting/ finance area, knowledge of accounting basic principles, very good communication skills and ability to work in the team. Very good verbal/ written English and good German are required.
