Your new role
Reporting to the AP manager, you will find yourself in a full function AP role responsible for:
- Adjusting and processing invoices
- Making sure all purchase orders and weekly payments are matched, batched and processed
- Ensuring bank details are correct and received in writing
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Liaising with customers
- Managing company credit cards
- Preparing and maintaining petty cash
- Banking as required
- Processing contractor payments
- Preparing spreadsheets
- Preparing and maintaining bank reconciliations
- Ad-Hoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
Joining a large and diverse team, you will need to have previous local experience in a similar role. You will also be:
