Jr. Business Analyst

IT Administrator role supports the global business units in the areas of application analysis, application support, basic application development, and Helpdesk coordination of support tickets and field support for applications. This includes working and supporting the Senior Business Analysts in application support. The role will apply proven understanding of the applications, the Ticketing systems, the processes and the Global IT Support structure.

Description

• Align standardised functions (Processes), systems and solutions across the company as defined by the CoE vision and objectives.
• Base understanding of business processes assigned and in scope, Role must have the ability to communicate process changes in business language and to discuss in low level the effects of processes, transactions, data, programs, labels, reports, and any other information relevant to the processes.
• Collaborate and Partner with other Centers of Excellence Senior Business Analyst to resolve of Level 1 / Level 2 support issues and ensure cohesive work for applications supported.
• Support all regions or a specific region based on function under the CoE Global applications. Collaborate and Partner with the regional IT leads (Departments, Regional IT Business Analysts) to drive the CoE vision and to support regional requirements.
• Collaborate and Partner with other Centers of Excellence (Security and Compliance, Infrastructure, Administration) to ensure cohesive work within the teams.
• Ensure that centralised and standardised processes, procedures, and policy are put accepted in the different business units as defined by the CoE vision and objectives
• Using IT Ticketing System to document issues, bugs, enhances withing the applications in scope.
• Using business tools (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint) to document issue, bugs and/or enhancements.
• Full understanding of the CoE support structure, processes, procedures and policies.
• Full understanding of applications / functions supporting the business processes. Ability to administer basic Admin functions for the application.
• Base understanding of the internal application Data and data flows. Must be able to Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) functions within the applications as defined by Sr. Business Analysts.
• Basic technical knowledge in Scripting, base programming, or functional / technical specifications
• Role will require the ability to manage IT Tickets for the applications assigned, reporting weekly / monthly ticket SLA and resolution.
• Role will require to spend certain amount of time quarterly reviewing, updating, and creating Documentation and storing in data repository as specified by the CoE vision and standards

Profile

• 1+ years of proven experience in application support roles.
• 1+ years of business process support.
• Technical development in Application supporting languages is preferred but not mandatory
• knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent understanding of the organisation's goals and objectives.
