THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is an international pharmaceutical company with a wide portfolio of innovative drugs in different therapeutic areas.
The site in Breda is the main distribution center for Europe and they also have several productions activities (mainly packaging).
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Job Hazard Analysis Facilitator is responsible for improving the employees safety within an industrial pharmaceutical environment.
Project Objectives
- Manage timely project deliverables
- Improve staff safety that perform service or maintenance on equipment with potential exposure to unsafe conditions
- Conduct safety tasks, risk assessments for preventive maintenance activities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage project deliverables
- Escalate issues to the Project Manager (when needed)
- Lead and set up meeting with stakeholders
- Preparation of Job Hazard Analysis content (some documents might need to be translated from Dutch to English)
- Facilitate JH sessions, follow up, manage resources from other departments
- Assess potential risks of preventive maintenance
REQUIREMENTS
- HBO level (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in industrial EHSS environments and projects
- Knowledge of European of Health and Safety guidelines (with focus on machine safety)
- Ability to work without much supervision
- Flexibility of working hours (sometimes is required to work on Saturdays during maintenance shutdowns to assess risks)
- Dutch and English (fluent)

- Type of contract: temporary via payroll (ZZP to be conformed)
- Starting date: March 2018
- End date: December 2018 (+ potential extensions)
