For our Client, an internationally recognised Company that provides technical solutions for financial and retail sector worldwide, we are looking for Java Technical Leader, located in R&D structures.
Your new role
You will be responsible for building a software development team in R&D structures, which will help you to create a new and scalable solutions to enrich clients businesses. Additionally, you will supervise the whole software development lifecycle and deal out tasks among your team members as well as offshore teams. On the list of you daily duties there will be meetings with business clients and recasting gained information’s related to customers needs into technical specifications of future applications.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Candidate for this role you need to have strong experience in designing scalable web based applications using Java (JEE/J2EE) and some IOS/Android experience. We are looking for a person who worked with Service Integration Concepts like RESTFUL services or SOAP based web services. You also should be a communicative person with a mind of a researcher and innovator. To addition to this, knowledge of XML, XHTML, prevalent XML parsers and very good English language level are also important. Previous experience with recruiting team members and their work management will be an asset.
