For our Client, global provider of software engineering and IT consulting services located in Katowice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of a Java Tech Lead.
Your new role
Holding this position you will play a Lead Developer or a System Architect role in the projects. You will also take the technical responsibility for a subsystem or a whole project from the implementation as well as form the architecture perspective. You will be responsible for the technical aspect of your teammates’ work.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate you need to possess very good knowledge of Java, Java Multithreading and Concurrency, Spring Framework (Core, Web MVC, Data), Hibernate or JPA. Moreover, you must have good knowledge of testing techniques and frameworks (e.g. JUnit, mocking frameworks, TDD), REST-based architecture as well as DBMS and SQL. On such position you have to be able to guide team members operating in an Agile development methodology. Very good English is a must.
