For our client an International IT company from e-commerce sector we are currently looking for: Java Architect
The Java Architectis primarily responsible for defining the logical and physical solution architecturesand advising and coordinatingthe team's technical activities. They are responsible for defining codingand development standardsand supervise these are followed by the development teams and ensuring the technical solution fits with customer's enterprise architecture. This is a technical role and it is essential that this person has advanced Java development skillsand is happy to develop code occasionally. The Leader Java Architectis fully committed for the duration of the project.
You will be a successful candidate if you have excellent verbal and written English skills, Degree in Computer Sciencemore than 5 years experience in developing with Java, J2EEtechnologies and web technologies, 3 years experience as technical lead on projects with 10 or more team members and at least 1 year of using agile methods on projects, ideally Scrum/XP.
