Our client is an international pharmaceutical company located in Poznan, where it is hiring 700 IT Professionals.

Your new role
Working on this position, you will be an individual contributor who works in a matrix structure in a multi-geo team. Main responsibilities:
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders across Tech and across the organization using data driven methodologies and current industry knowledge to understand Strategic Partnership Programme capabilities aligned to business priorities, identify opportunities for Tech efficiencies, and proactively enable customer-oriented cost-effective solutions is essential.
  • Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by managing solutions to key Tech priorities and initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the enablement, execution, and evaluation of appropriate Strategic Partner Programme plans and initiatives; vendor evaluation and scoring, benchmark analysis, and proactively managing Tech efforts in these areas.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge in technology, Partner enablement and value driven analysis. Proactively collaborates with Tech Leaders and cross functional Leadership to enable strategy, operational efficiency, cost optimization, attainment of savings goals, and the mitigation of risk in managing assigned Strategic Partnership Programme activities.
  • Fosters and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business and solutions needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results through data driven practices; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and maximizing location capabilities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
  • Identifies Strategic Partner performance risk factors and works across stakeholder groups to develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Refines Strategic Partner co-innovation ideation with accountability for automated process pull-through and the capacity to capture and prioritize value analysis.
  • Contribute to and support the successful uptake of our Skills Transformation and Agile Ways of Working to ensure that our global practices reflect consistent terminology, approaches, methodologies and operating models where appropriate.
  • Key Contributor to a strong, high-performance Strategic Partnership Programme with a focus on collaboration, influence, People & Performance, Inclusion and Diversity and psychological safety.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum five (5) years related experience in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field developing data driven solutions
  • Experience leading Strategic Partner activities and/or vendor management operations applying data driven tools and enablers
  • Demonstrated Tech Strategic Partner Programme experience with strong business and digital acumen
  • Prior experience managing or involved in strategic partner activities or projects with a track record of high achievement in this role
  • Demonstrated performance and operations management experience involving data driven solution analysis, extensive problem solving, and the demonstrating ability to create opportunities without compromising our strategy
  • Track record in successful delivery of solution design, programme and Product aligned delivery and/or service management experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in a matrix environment across functions, geographies and cultures
  • Strong financial acumen with applied experience in commercial terms, value frameworks/value analysis
  • Fluent English
  • Strong leadership skills with experience working across geographies to influence the achievement of common goal and strategic priorities
  • Ability to influence others, make technical decisions and initiate actions

 Nice to have:
  • Experience driving and applying Agile methodologies and Agile Ways of Working
  • Experience working with data analysis processes and tools
  • Understanding of business area strategic goals, processes and cross-functional workflow, and of the data based applications deployed
  • Familiar with the concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, procedures, hardware, software and services in use for delivering Product aligned services
  • Experience with Technical skills transformation and upskilling.
  • SAP
  • Strategy and Performance Management roadmapping tools (eg A-ha! etc.)
  • Product Management and Discovery Tools (eg Silverback, Typeform etc.)
