Your new role
You will be working in close cooperation with developers and business representatives from various locations of the company. You should present high attention to details and have ability to establish effective working relationships with business representatives and clients. You will be mainly responsible for transition of IT processes. This role expects some travelling.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a candidate with minimum 3 years’ experience on similar position with bachelor’s degree in a related field and fluent English skills. You are expected to represent great skills and experience with IT Delivery Models and ITSM, ITIL or Cobit. You will manage individual transition plans and program performance. You will also provide and ensure transition plans, methods, tools and templates. It will be expected from you to manage project transformation, transfer responsibilities and various activities from the costumer to SSC.
