For one of our Clients, a well-established company based in Poznań we are currently looking for a Web Supporter.
Your new role
As a Web Supporter you will be responsible for providing Web support for more than 10.000 users located around the globe. As a Web Supporter you will be providing a professional and high quality support to internal users to help solve issues and improve existing products, platforms and applications. Your role will be largely autonomous so you must be comfortable working independently at times.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a candidate with minimum 2 years of professional experience on similar position. You are expected to have experience in web support. Perfect candidate is a person who can edit content of web pages with Episerver CMS or other Content Management System (Web Content Management) and have knowledge about HTML/CSS (understanding and modifying) and understanding of C#, .Net, PHP. Candidate should also have very good knowledge of English.
