IT Support Team Lead

Location: Wroclaw
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle user support cycle
  • Ensure timely completion of help desk tickets to meet service levels.
  • Perform and monitor daily systems inventory and asset management functions
  • Manage a support team as we grow and add more people to the team
  • Liaise with Infrastructure Group about issues with service (interrupts, user complaints, low quality) and resolve them

SKILLS

MUST
  • Punctual, responsible & customer oriented
  • Spoken and written English
  • People leadership/supervisory skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Windows Administration
  • The basic Network Knowledge

Nice to have :

  • Experience in leading support team
