IT Support Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle user support cycle
- Ensure timely completion of help desk tickets to meet service levels.
- Perform and monitor daily systems inventory and asset management functions
- Manage a support team as we grow and add more people to the team
- Liaise with Infrastructure Group about issues with service (interrupts, user complaints, low quality) and resolve them
SKILLS
MUST
- Punctual, responsible & customer oriented
- Spoken and written English
- People leadership/supervisory skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Windows Administration
- The basic Network Knowledge

- Experience in leading support team
