Your new role
As IT Support Specialist you will work as a part of Service Operations Center Team. You will provide 2 ndlevel IT support via telephone and remote administration tools on your daily basis and cooperate with you team as well as off shore teams from USA to solve complex problems. You will also learn SOC procedures and constantly expand your knowledge related to new technologies in order to provide effective support for the environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a perfect Candidate for this role you need to have good understanding of Windows 7, MS Office, MS Outlook support and previous experience in Helpdesk role. We are looking for a person who has knowledge about Active Directory administration and understands ITIL support requests. Moreover, Candidate for this position must be familiar with 24/7 technical support environment and willing to accept shift work. To addition to this, very good English (min. B2) skills are important because of international environment and constants contact with teams from the USA.
