Your new role
As IT Support Engineer you will handle standard and non-standard requests, analyse and remotely resolve simple and complex incidents as well as identify, diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams. Moreover, you will follow the implemented processes (ITIL), participate in different IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement of our daily work.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate you have to haveminimal 2 years’ experience as IT technician within client environment,good understanding of Network and Application environments and very good English and German language skills.
Additionally,very high degree of customer orientation and cooperation as well as very good communication skills,ability to work independently in an international team, but also able to organize/coordinate work with others andpro-active behaviour, take initiatives to improve our daily work.
