For our Client, well-known automotive company located in Gliwice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of IT Specialist.
Your new role
As IT Specialist you will be responsible for continuous deployment, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Operating Systems and providing 1 stand 2 ndline support for end users locally and globally. This position is related with regular contact with other team members and end users in English language. You will provide technical leadership and work with hardware vendors to plan introduction of new PC models and other devices as well as subsequent changes of OS images. To addition to this, you will constantly improve security of the OS images and software packages and prepare technical documentation ( company technical standards).
What you'll need to succeed
To be a perfect Candidate for this role you need to have strong experience with End User technologies and IT support in big, international organization. We are looking for a person who has experience with ITIL framework and processes and were responsible for applications deployment in large scale environments. To addition to this, successful candidate for this position must be a communicative person with very good English skills (B2) who has lots of experience in cooperation with vendors, clients and service providers.
