For our client we are looking for a strong leader who would like to join a team as IT Service Manager in the Krakow office (Poland). Within the Global IT department of the company, you would be responsible for incident management, knowledge management and development of the tools (ex. ITAM, KB, CMDB).

You would be working for the top class leisure equipment provider. The company is continuously working on it’s research and development strategy, where seeks to develop new and better products that appeal to consumers. Our client’s portfolio mainly consists of the top world leisure goods distributed to all over the world.

Your role and responsibilities:

You are responsible for maintaining a high-level standard when dealing with company IT services and for foreseeing and troubleshooting any issues that may arise the IT Systems.

You would be a manager for the 6 team members at least. One of the most important goals for you on this position would be to build an operation centre with proper incident management on data centres, monitoring, backup management and anti-virus management on the server side.

 

What You need for this position:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as IT Service Manager (SLAs, service boards, service desks);
  • Team management and new processes implementation with at least 3 years of experience;
  • Experienced in the implementation ITSM and ITIL tools;
  • Excellent IT skills (Systems and tools);
  • Strong listening and communication skills;
  • Ability to work as a team member and to collaborate in the international team;
  • Knowledge of the change management process;
  • Fluent English.
