Core Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st level of IT support to internal employees
- Diagnosing hardware and software faults
- Receiving, qualifying and saving users’ requests
- Guiding the user through the resolution process or taking control of the remote system
- Escalating incidents to the appropriate support groups once unable to resolve.
- Providing regular activity reports to Managers
Competence requirements:
- Good working knowledge of French (B2) and English (B1)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Windows, hardware)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and friendly communication
- Focus on team cooperation and supportive atmosphere
- Openness to new challenges
- Availability to work full-time
- Note that you do NOT need to speak Polish
