We are looking for highly motivated Transition Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the transition of IT Service Desk from offices located in different countries all over the world to Poland.

Your new role
We are looking for highly motivated Transition Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the transition of IT Service Desk from offices located in different countries all over the world to Poland.
WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?
- Manage the engagement of transition individuals
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to capture requirements
- Service design & solution, raise clarification if applicable, contribute to the production
- Provide gap analysis inputs relevant to transition projects
- Ensure delivery of Transition outputs (procedures, maps, project plans etc.)
What you'll need to succeed
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?
- Experience in managing or coordinating process migration of IT Service Desk and proven track record of a minimum of 2 complete Service Desk transitions
- Relevant experience in international SSC/BPO environment
- University/ College Degree
- Good knowledge of project management
- Customer driven focus, very good communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written), knowledge of Spanish will be an asset
- Willingness to travel during transition phase(up to 80% of work time)
