On behalf of our Client, global Shared Services Centre, located in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of IT Service Desk Team Leader
Your new role
Our Client is moving their processes from Denmark to Gdansk and for this we are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Service Desk Manager, capable and willing to build a completely new Service Desk, supporting those processes globally. This department will be a 24/7 SPOC for all IT related issues from 23.000 global users - supporting several languages, several lines of communication in a IT multisourced environment.You will be part of building the new IT Service Desk from the start in regard to processes and hiring of new great employees for the Service Desk. Your responsibilities will be to set direction for the department as well as the responsibility of for the daily operational tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
To be succesful in this role you need to have strong leadership experience, deep understand of the strategic level for IT Service Desk responsibilities,clear vision for the future of IT Service Desk responsibilities, ability to do business planning, additional, you are characterised as a robust decision maker.
