For our Client, international company located in Bielsko-Biała, we are currently looking for IT Service Desk Specialist (1st level local support).Your new role
Holding the role, you will be responsible for:• Handling reports regarding IT systems (by phone or via the reporting system);• Managing user accounts in the company39s systems;• Efficient problem solving and response to system failures;• Office network administration, configuration and installation of new devices;• Ensuring continuity of employee work (local support and Service Desk);• Creating instructions for system users;• Creating documentation related to performed tasks;What you39ll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate you need to have following skills:• Education min. medium;• Professional experience in a similar field;• Good knowledge of English;• Knowledge of issues related to: Active Directory, MS Windows 10, MS Windows Azure, MS Office, computer networks;• Ability to work in a distributed team;• The ability to independently search for solutions to problems;What you39ll get in return
