Your new company
On behalf of our Client, a global SSC located in Gdańsk, we are urgently seeking Candidates for the position of IT Service Desk Manager.

Your new role
Holding this position you will be participating in building a completely new Service Desk team (24/7 department for all IT related issues from global users). Your duties will include setting direction for the department as well as the responsibility of for the daily operational tasks. You will be involved in the hiring of new employees and also creating a clear vision for the future of IT Service Desk responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need strong leadership experience, preferably from IT Service Desk or Customer service department in SSC organization. You should possess ability to do business planning and knowledge how to build professional relations to the business and suppliers. We are looking for a person who is capable of setting up specific goals and motivating people to achieve them.
