For our Client, well-known company located in Wrocław we are looking for IT Service Delivery Manager - Client Applications.
Your new role
The IT Service Delivery Manager, Client Applications, is responsible for the service strategy, technology roadmap and lifecycle, service development and service delivery performance for applications delivered to our end user’s devices. The IT Service Delivery Manager will create a proactive customer-centric culture; lead the transformation of technology and services; and drive a culture of continuous improvement in service performance and cost targets. The scope of Client Applications includes Office 365 collaboration tools and services, productivity applications (including Microsoft Office) and other technology providers deliver to the devices.
Job holder will be responsible for delivering services throughout the service lifecycle within the agreed service levels. Identify service vendors, establish services and manage vendor performance. Deliver service enhancements and projects in an agile manner. Ensure that all IT Service Management processes, Service Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts are appropriate for the agreed service level targets. Plan, direct and coordinate the efforts of suppliers’ operations teams to manage and maintain BAU service, the provision of which s/he is responsible for.
Oversee the general health of the live service required to meet business requirements. Oversee implementation of, and adherence to, security standards (security strategy set by Security Architecture). Ensure ongoing architectural integrity of the service throughout its lifecycle. Manage the maintenance of applications availability, reliability, maintainability, serviceability & continuity requirements against the cost justified service and operating level agreements for the service.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on this job position you need to have a university degree and5 years experience of administration, engineering, and implementation of Office 365 and associated applications and services. We expect candidates to haveITIL or IT4IT Service Management Qualifications, accreditation with one of the industry recognised project management methods and advanced experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
Additionally candidates should be experienced in managing external vendors and delivery partners ensuring timely/on-budget project completion as well asin people and change management. To be a successful candidate you should have strong understanding of identity and SSO services and experience in project managing/integrating systems within complex landscapes including cloud architecture and delivery.
