For our Client, the company from hospitality and tourism sector located in Katowice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT Security Specialist.
Your new role
Holding this role you will ensure that the local and cloud environment of the company is designed and managed in accordance with security best practices and standards, design and apply technical security controls based on the business requirements, manage security controls as well as conduct and support authorized penetration testing of the infrastructure. Moreover, your duties will also include reporting on findings and giving advises to developers and administrators, developing infrastructure-related standards, policies and procedures as well as cooperating with systems architects and developers in order to provide security related oversight in the development of design solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Candidate you need to possess hands-on experience in selecting, implementing and integrating security solutions (e.g. AV, IPS/IDS, Proxy, WAF, DAM, SIEM etc.) as well as administration of network infrastructure, systems and applications or security solutions. What is more, knowledge of security concepts, procedures, software, equipment, technology applications, standards and best practices (e.g. NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO27001) is also expected on this position. Good English is a must.
