Your daily responsibilities:
Conducting end-to- end recruitment process;
Establishing professional relationship with candidates;
Searching for candidates through direct search method;
Organize and document a recruitment process as well as maintaining database;
Taking part in employer branding events.
Our ideal candidate is:
Fluent in Polish and English (B2/C1);
Experienced in IT Recruitment (at least 2 years);
Well-organized, open-minded, with excellent soft skills (interpersonal skills);
Able to work both independently and in a team;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
