We are looking for an IT Recruiter determined to succeed in our Poland-based Recruitment team
Our current goal is to enhance the scope of Luxoft's recruitment capabilities locally. This will play a key role in the growth of each Polish operations side (Warszawa, Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław), and the Polish side of the business as a whole.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an IT Recruiter, you would:
- Be responsible for the full recruiting life cycle for a variety of technical roles;
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with Hiring Managers across the business;
- Utilize social media channels and other sourcing tools and to find the best talent for our Clients;
- Track your activities in our ATS in conjunction with recruitment management and other departments;
- Work in a team with a researcher mostly responsible for sourcing the candidates;
- Plan your team's strategy, development, goals, and control the results;
- Report your team's results to the management;
- Administrate recruitment processes;
- Seek new and innovative ways to improve your working patterns to meet growing business demands.
SKILLS
MUST
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience in conducting the Recruitment full life-cycle processes;
- IT background or enough general IT knowledge to finish trainings swiftly;
- Fluency in English - written&spoken;
- Willingness to lead a Recruiter-Researcher team;
- A passion for efficient communication with candidates, management, and clients;
- Great organizational and time-management skills;
- Flexibility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn;

Previous work with a researcher as an independent team.
