Role Description

As the IT program director you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the IT program which consists of 9 locations in Europe, Asia & the USA. If is your role to ensure the IT strategy is delivered on time and adaptable for the operations.

Responsibilities

- Check business requirements with operations and set up a road map
- Coordinate all teams contributing to the projects and align with the business
- Provide leadership and vision, inspire and guide the project managers and their teams
- Guarantee a stable IT infrastructure

Requirements

- Over 15 years of experience in IT Application and software development
- Extensive project management skills (should have managed a minimum of one global program end to end)
- Familiar in working with off shore teams
- +5 years of experience in program management in an IT product or services company
- Familiar with CMMi is a must, GAMP5 a big bonus, ITIL is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH and GDPR

- Preferably experience with working in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical or commercial laboratory setting)
- Fluent in English
