We are looking for IT Operation Specialist who gonnakeeping an eye on IT infrastructure and applications, including its crucial components (Core Banking, Card systems, e-Banking, etc.), monitoring and event management, reacting upon issue discovery in accordance to existing standards and procedures, assisting in production level incidents resolution, assisting in IT monitoring systems development and integration supporting production systems based on various platforms (Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris, VMWare, even MainFrame)
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have experience on a similar position (IT Monitoring, 2nd level service support, ServiceDesk), being passionate about IT technologies and willing to learn new topics,Fluency in written and spoken English.If this sounds like you, get in touch!
