IT Manager
The person on this position will be responsible for leading the IT department of our Client in PL, with the management of a small team (currently 3 subordinates) including budget and cost center responsibility.

Our Client is an Industry 4.0 manufacturer of mechanical parts and components. With a fully digitized and highly-automated value chain, our Client offers mechanical manufacturing for large and small batch sizes of parts of almost any complexity.
Description
- Leading IT department with the management of small team (currently 3 subordinates) including budget and cost center responsibility
- The first point of contact in IT matters for the Company's management and the Director of Corporate IT of the Group (functional superior)
- Responsibility for the further development of the Group IT in line with the objectives of the Company's management and Corporate IT
- Responsibility for the operation and optimization of the local system landscape, in particular for the systems for production planning, production control, and production automation
- Local implementation of the Group's IT strategy, in particular, expansion of IT service management by establishing methodology, processes, and corresponding systems
- Further development of IT services that can be used by Company employees, together with Group IT (operates a large part of the group-wide IT services)
- Optimization of local IT processes and infrastructure (Hardware, Software & Services)
- Steering of (local) IT projects and participation in larger, group-wide IT-related projects
Profile
- Relevant IT knowledge and experience of methods and processes in the areas of production planning and production control as well as production automation in the area of parts manufacturing
- Experience with IT solutions/systems for production planning and production control as well as production automation in the area of parts manufacturing
- Experience with ERP systems, and the integration to IT solutions/systems for production planning and control as well as production automation, in the best case experience with SAP ERP
- Experience in designing, operating, and maintaining IT hardware systems within a production-related company
- Bachelor's or even Master's degree in business informatics/computer science or comparable training
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT, ideally in a multinational (production-related) company
- Experience in project management, ideally in a matrix organization with different stakeholders
- Distinctive change and problem-solving skills as well as decision-making and conflict management skills, coupled with a high level of initiative and commitment
- Good communication skills
- Native speaker of Polish and business fluent in English, German would be beneficial, but not necessarily needed
