Your new role
You will become part of Customer IT department, which develops and operates specialised IT solutions closely together with business colleagues to create value for our customers. We want to enable our customers to become fossil free within one generation.
You will be responsible for managing a team with over 20 DevOps engineers.The team is responsible for Dev and Ops for the company's Intranet, a mobile application used by the employees and a Price Product Configuration tool. The solutions are used by million of customers and thousands of internal employees. We develop new features using Azure cloud services where we support Java and .NET development. We have a strong focus on developing and maintaining features using a modern technology stack.

What you'll need to succeed
You are a manager with strong technical skills. Beside that you have the ability to lead and motivate team members and other stakeholders in time of charge.You have proven to be an excellent leader naturally applying the company's leadership criteria: connect people, accelerate learning and drive innovation. Furthermore, you have strong analytical, communication (Polish/English), problem solving and collaboration skills.

- Beside being a manager you will also be the IT Single Point of Contact for Staff Functions Communication. To further improve/develop this role you will:
- Support market-scan projects for finding new innovative solutions;
- Make sure all the solutions you will be responsible for have a proper lifecycle management process in place;
- Professionalise/automate several administrative processes including financial reporting on a monthly basis;
- Act as a System Manager for the Intranet and improve this role further’
- Help out in anyway you can whenever there is support form IT needed – so you should know your way around in a large IT organization;
- Making sure the processes are understood and followed by everyone involved in the IT delivery;
- Recruit the right talents in a competitive market. The mail focus will be recruiting junior/medior DevOps engineers;
- Develop and retain the talents in your team;
- Improve our DevOps culture. We still see a lot that can be improved.
