For our Client, new Engineering Center, located in Rzeszów area, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT Leader.
Your new role
As an IT Leader you will be responsible for: design, operation and improvement of the IT infrastructure. Main responsibilities will include development of corporate standards for IT technologies in cooperation with the responsible persons at other sites and support of particular applications, systems which can be serviced from Poland for other sites economically. You will be responsible for safeguarding of a high available operation of local IT systems, the local data center, and the WAN connection to other departments. Moreover, you will lead a team consisted of 5 specialists in applications and infrastructure area.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of professional work experience and proven leadership experience gained in work for manufacturing companies. In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to have a strong knowledge of designing, coordination and implementation of an IT strategy. You should have knowledge of guidance, promotion, support of employees. Moreover, you should be experienced in representing the organisational unit IT towards all business units. We are looking for candidate who will be responsible for 2 areas : applications and infrastructure. Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP will be an asset.
