For our Client, Company providing outstanding IT outsourcing solutions, we are currently looking for IT Help DeskAnalyst with Germanlanguage and good knowledge of English.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:providing hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer’s end users. Examining all problems; evaluating complexity, impact and priority, giving required support efficiently and effectively and in accordance with priority, impact and objectives, software installing/de-installing, back up maintenance.

Ideal Candidateshould have strong communication skills, be fluent in German languageandhave good knowledge of English. Attention to details in high-pressure situations and excellent computer skillsare essential to be successful onthis position. Holding degree in Computer Science (or related courses) would be an advantage.
