The Ammega Group was founded in 2018 as a result of merging the conveyor industry Ammeraal Beltech conveyor business with Megadyne’s power transmission and fluid power business. You might not even know, however probably you are able to see their products in many aspects of everyday life, like at the airports, food production, logistics centers, shop floors, and even in your gym or local supermarket. Their main production is directed to conveyor belts, power transmission belts and hydraulic hoses which we use every day.
Currently, for my client Ammega I am looking for Candidates for IT EXPERT HRIS to join the Ammega Business Centre based in KATOWICE.

Currently, for my client Ammega I am looking for Candidates for IT EXPERT HRIS to join the Ammega Business Centre based in KATOWICE.
Key Accountabilities:
- Analyze business processes based on standard principles to:
- become the preferred point of contact for the business on the HR domain.
- provide compliant and robust system for the business on the domain.
- manage the business requests/projects portfolio as well as technical projects (upgrade, new tools...)
- launch improvement initiatives of current HR landscape
- interact with other demand leads and specialists on the IT domain
- Support the implementation of our Global HR Information system and payroll integrations
- Analyze and formulate problems and outline alternative IT solutions that are ready for decision making.
- Develop appropriate detailed functional specifications for the processes/modules translating business requirements into IT requirements.
- Ensure the solutions meet end to end functionalities, process flow standards and setup
- Suggest and guide business towards the best practices and standards of the tool.
- Periodic reporting of the progress and status of different operational and evolution projects.
- IT service improvement/evolution to respond to the business needs.
- License management on the HR tools
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field (computer science, engineering or information systems)
- Application design and modelling
- IT Functional skills and IT Project management experience
- Knowledge on HR solutions
- Excellent in communication skills and culture understanding
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in leading and delivering projects
- Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office
- Willingness to travel occasionally
