What you39ll need to succeed

• Higher education in a field - Computer Science, Telecommunications, Econometrics or related field
• Knowledge of English and/or German - min. B2 level
• Ability to manage projects in an international environment
• Practical experience in Success Factors
• Knowledge in integrating SAP solutions in the SAP SF environment
•  Experience in configuring and making changes to SAP HR/HR-PY/HR-TM modules (knowledge of at least one is welcome)
• Knowledge of business processes in SAP HR/HR-PY/HR-TM modules
• Experience working at Fiori design
• Knowledge of ABAP/ ABAP OO - an additional advantage
•  Ability to work in a team
• Ability to think analytically and openness in searching for solutions
   
  Your new role
• Coordination of the SuccessFactors project 
•  Responsibility for project progress and results
• Support from the strategic, conceptual and operational side of the implementation project
• Implementation of developed IT solutions, cooperation with the HR department
• Researching local IT requirements and implementing them in the project39s areas of responsibility What you39ll get in return
