responsive IT ticket resolution and EMEA desktop support.Desktop support could include:

To be successful in this position, you must have general IT knowledge and willingness to learn new and exciting technologies. Experiences in Microsoft dominated environments (Windows, MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio) is as required as is fluent English. We are looking for first class customer service skills.

Your new role
The EMEA Support Specialist is part of the Service Desk Delivery team providing EMEA customer-focused and
responsive IT ticket resolution and EMEA desktop support.Desktop support could include:
- Moves, advanced user administration, installation, replacement and decommissioning of IT equipment.
- Resolving incidents and requests or escalating to the relevant teams within the IT department.
- Applications support, deeper knowledge within networking or Communication Services.
- Patching and security.
- Solving Tickets in Service Now.
- Manage the office in terms of hardware and meeting rooms.
What you'll need to succeed
