IT Business Analyst
Location: KrakowYou'll be working within WMPC IT Development in Cracow. We plan and lead IT projects in our digital factory by having chosen a new agile mode of working with a mindset around time-boxed delivery of solutions, empowerment of interdisciplinary teams and close collaboration throughout the whole software development process.
It is the location for co-located software development which spans across multiple areas of the bank focusing on faster time to market and agile methodology, but always with a client centric delivery approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone who can help us to:
- understand and challenge our various stakeholders
- analyse and evaluate the business processes, products and services
- evaluate high level requirements in terms of feasibility and efforts (costs / benefit)
- identify the impact on interfacing solutions
- generate Business Rules / Use Cases and the corresponding Software Requirement Specifications
- review test cases, support of the testing colleagues in test design and execution
- support the team in BA related topics
SKILLS
MUST
You have:
- a degree in business administration, banking and finance, or economics
- business analysis experience in the financial industry (preferably in the area of mobile)
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
- several years of experience in a similar role
You are:
- an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
- a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
- able to work under pressure, but still act as part of the team
- known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
- fluent English
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g. Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, Lean Software Development) would be a plus
- Experience in the Financial Multichannel Domain would be a plus
- Knowledge of German language would be a plus
- Experience in banking processes would be a plus
