For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
IT Business Analyst with German
Location: Wroclaw / remote
Remote work: hybrid, once per week in Wroclaw office
Branch: project in automotive sector
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation
Rate: 130 – 165 PLN/h net on B2B
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: flexible
The project is for one of the leading German car manufacturers and concerns the development and extensive modernisation of a system for managing the configuration of on-board devices in cars, used in customer service stations around the world. It is one of the client's core business critical systems for which we have full responsibility. The team currently consists of 35 people and will ultimately be about 50 people, it is conducted agilely. We are looking for candidate with experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects with Java and Spring Boot, good skills in English (min. B2) and communicative German (min. B1). Role is fully remote and you will be working with teams around the world.

We are looking for candidate with experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects with Java and Spring Boot, good skills in English (min. B2) and communicative German (min. B1). Role is fully remote and you will be working with teams around the world.
What will you do:
- agreeing requirements with the client and their planning for releases,
- documentation of requirements in the form of epics and user stories and their refinement,
- specification of solutions,
- support for the development team,
- conducting reviews with the client,
- backlog management,
- requirements engineering,
- stakeholder management,
- release planning.
What we expect from you:
- minimum 3 years of commercial experience as an Analyst,
- very good command of spoken and written English (min. B2),
- communicative German (min. B2),
- good analyst workshop (user stories, acceptance criteria, nice to have BPMN modelling),
- knowledge of the software development cycle,
- experience in project with Java, Spring Boot, Oracle RDBMS (or another relational DB)
- experience in working in IT development projects, not only in modelling processes in isolation from IT.
What would be a plus:
- knowledge of technology - Java, Spring Boot,
- analytical mind, ability to analyse problem / requirement and propose and evaluate solutions,
- moderation of meetings and workshops,
- work with a development team.
