For our Client, IT & Data Center located in Katowice, we are currently looking for IT Application Administrator.

As an Application Administrator, you will work closely with the product owner, IT teams, and vendors to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our application ecosystem.

• Administer and manage on-premise and cloud-based applications, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance.
• Instal, configure, and update applications on both on-premise and cloud platforms, ensuring compatibility, security, and proper integration.
• Collaborate closely with the product owner to understand application requirements, priorities, and user needs.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary optimizations to ensure optimal user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, working closely with the IT team and vendors as needed.
• Ensure data security and compliance by implementing necessary access controls, data protection measures, and backup procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of applications to identify vulnerabilities and propose security enhancements.
• Collaborate with software vendors and cloud service providers to stay updated on the latest features, patches, and upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation 
• Provide training and support to users, addressing their application-related queries and assisting with onboarding.

• Bachelor39s degree in computer science, information technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience as an Application Administrator or in a similar role, specifically managing both on-premise and cloud applications.
• Strong knowledge of application administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with cloud-native concepts and services.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with data security principles and best practices for both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate closely with the product owner.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
