IT Analyst (1st level support) with French
Lokalizacja: Brno (Czech Republic)For our client who is a famous, international IT company, we are looking for IT Analyst with French lanaguage and will be “chef d’orchestre” inside the service delivery.
IT Analyst will be responsible for survey and monitor system errors, application errors, hardware issues and process dispatch and follow up the problem and changes.
Main responsibilities:
- Alert Management
- Ticket and change management
- Problem determination and dispatching
- 1st level administration on all competencies - administration, hardware and applications
- Production Control (Batch and job control management)
- Escalation initiating and tracking
- Alerting control via reports
Required skills:
- French speaking is mandatory - direct contact with the client
- Service Desk and Command Center skills
- basic knowledge of Unix and Windows are welcome
- good client focus and communication skills
- teamplayer and collaboration
- responsibility and flexibility
Required:
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 6 months experience in General IT skill
* At least 6 months experience in Unix
* At least 6 months experience in Windows
* English: Intermediate
* French: Fluent
