Your new role
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to external customers and internal stakeholders both remotely and on-site, while keeping up with the Best Service standards
- Evaluating and resolving customers escalations
- Investigating and resolving IT incidents
- Installation, set-up, monitoring and network patching
- Maintenance of IT storage and data rooms
- Improving IT procedures and standards in accordance with requirements
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience as 2nd line Deskside Support
- The ability to handle different kinds of systems (preferably: Windows, Avaya/ Cisco phone, Lenovo kit)
- IT educational background or certification would be an asset
- Excellent organization, communicative and interpersonal skills, as well as professional attitude ]
- Ease of sharing your professional knowledge with other
