Job description:
Person on this position will be responsible for overseeing the service delivered by a reporting team, credit rating and investment borrowing monitoring, scheduling of operational flows in order to provide accurate and timely reporting and monitoring.

Responsibilities:
Depending on the position your duties will be:
• Managing the collation of the required information from the internal teams
• Managing and review the regulatory returns to ensure accuracy / completeness
• Ensuring the necessary controls are in place and adhered
• Maintaining/updating client standing files including client-specific procedures
• Providing non-daily services to all clients including month-end reporting, quarterly and annual reporting
• Ensuring the team is providing and receiving complete and accurate data and information from all internal parties.
• Supervising the collation of the required information from pricing teams
• Meeting reporting deadlines
• Reviewing and reporting on fund portfolios for breaches of investment restrictions
• Communicating new procedures on a fund to all relevant staff
• Ensuring standard controls are at all times sufficient
• Ensuring fund Administrators maintain daily/monthly files in a manner suitable for future review by the fund and internal auditors

Requirements:
Depending on the position:
• Third level qualification in business related discipline (Masters degree)
• From 2 till 8 years of relevant experience (fund administration)
• Fluency in English is a must
• Fluency in Polish is preferable
• Working knowledge of the Financial Services industry and the applicable regulations
• Good understanding of funds accounting
• Credit Rating Agency Reporting & Central Bank Reporting will be an asset
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• PC literacy
• Organisational and planning skills
• Supervisory experience
