Inventory and Logistics Coordinator

Our client is one of the global leader in healthcare and pharmaceutical products, with base in Leiden. The company focuses on the discovery, development, manufacture, and marketing of vaccines to protect people worldwide from immunological diseases.
Role Description
As an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for th shipment requests and storage and inventory discussion for external manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
- Creating oversight in different drug product shipment, storage and sample requests coming
- Organizing drug product distribution to the different storage locations and clinical facilities
- Maintaining the drug product inventory
- Ensuring sufficient drug product storage capacity
- Requesting purchase orders and facilitate the invoicing process
- Aligning with key stakeholders from clinical supply chain, logistics, FFP specialist and QA
- Driving continuous improvement in our processes
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain/logistics
- Min. 4 years of experience in a GxP environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong operational mindset and coordination skills
