Inventory and Logistics Coordinator

Role Description
As an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for th shipment requests and storage and inventory discussion for external manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
- Creating oversight in different drug product shipment, storage and sample requests coming
- Organizing drug product distribution to the different storage locations and clinical facilities
- Maintaining the drug product inventory
- Ensuring sufficient drug product storage capacity
- Requesting purchase orders and facilitate the invoicing process
- Aligning with key stakeholders from clinical supply chain, logistics, FFP specialist and QA
- Driving continuous improvement in our processes
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain/logistics
- Min. 4 years of experience in a GxP environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong operational mindset and coordination skills
