Role Description

In this role you will be supporting the Order to Cash processes and expand your knowledge and experience in the Customer Success department. You will have the responsibility to keep the stock levels in sync with our Logistic Service Providers. Therefore you will need to develop and maintain good relationships with the local Logistic Service Providers (LSP) and our internal LSP managers.

You will have room to apply your analytical capabilities to investigate, find root causes of inventory discrepancies and propose alternative solutions.
You also will get the opportunities to expose yourself cross-functionally by representing the department as an subject matter expert in various process improvement meetings.

Being an experienced SAP user and combining your advanced excel skills with your analytical skills will be the perfect match to successfully perform this function.
In line with the EU Supply Chain OE/LEAN roadmap, you will also identify & initiate process improvements.
If you are accurate, have attention to detail and you like to work on process and system improvements you will be valuable to joining and strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

- Stock management

Monitors stock comparison and resolves stock related issues on a daily basis and on a monthly basis as part of SOX.
Coordinates and conducts physical stock counts, executes stock reconciliation, and completes related documentation.
Communicates stock related topics with Local Service Providers (LSPs)
Develops and maintains good relationship with LSPs.

- Customer Master Data Management

Monitors daily morning checks; checks open transactions in ERP system
Sets up EDI and E-invoicing and performs maintenance

- Reporting

Delivers required product communication to health organizations/government / affiliates (i.e. Bolino, SAS, serialization etc)
Provides input for the monthly (country) KPIs

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Computer Science , Economics or Business Administration
- Typically 3+ years of related professional experience within International Supply Chain, Customer Service or Sales
- Excellence in working with MS Office Excel and excellence experience with SAP as our core ERP system
- Problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to oversee processes beyond own department
