Currently, our Client – large and fast growing company - is looking for Internal Auditor.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for leading teams, emphasizing the supervising of staff by creating a positive working environment through the building of solid relationships with team members, using available technical resources and tools to research and expand one's sphere of knowledge to enhance work product, and to remain up to date on hot topics affecting Arrow's business and industry while sharing the knowledge amongst the team where applicable. His scope of duties will also cover managing day-to-day engagement operations, including preparing concise, accurate documents and addressing unanticipated issues; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to leadership. What is more, he will be also responsible for producing and issuing periodic reports regarding general subject matter and or business areas, performing basic analysis when necessary for internal and external purposes.
We are looking for a person with an ability to think strategically, who has minimum 5 years of professional experience in audit or consulting (Big 4 Experience is highly desired). Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English is a must. We are looking for Candidates with initiative, self-motivation, who are team players and leaders - contribute to team discussions and problem solving. The perfect Candidate should has an experience in large multinational organization with possibility to travel up to 30%.
