Internal Auditor EMEA
We are currently supporting very interesting project of development audit structures and centralised audit functions in one of the international manufacturing company with its office in Wroclaw.
Client Details
We are looking for Internal Auditor EMEA, who will be responsible for supporting projects, provides assurance on internal controls and risk management capability within EMEA region for the Group operations.
Description
- Support IA management in executing and designing the annual internal audit plan.
- Give advice in relation to internal controls and risk management in your area of expertise, as a trusted business advisor.
- Design the audit and testing plan for the audit, adapting existing, and / or developing new audit programs based on understanding of the risks and business processes.
- Plan, perform and oversee audits assigned, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards in all areas. You will be taking a lead auditor role allocating tasks to less experienced members of the team.
- Develop the audit reports. Present the reports and findings, improvement points and best practices timely and effectively to the key stakeholders in accordance with agile methodology.
- Follow-up audit findings and remediation plans with process owners and Management.
- As an experience auditor you will have the opportunity to support less experienced members of the team to develop their skills as internal auditors through coaching and regular feedback.
Profile
- University's Degree (preferable Accounting, Finance, Economics related)
- 3-4 years pf experience in External Audit (Big 4 preferred) and / or Internal Audit
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced audit certification (or in progress) e.g. CIA, CPA, ACCA is a plus
- Fluent in English (any other European language is a plus)
