As Interior Design Manager Manager your goal is to lead and inspire department and all store functions increasing the home furnishing interest of the many people and creating demand for home furnishing solutions and know how in the local market. You are also accountable for the store layout, range presentation and store communication thereby contributing to positioning the Client Brand as the leader in life at home.

As Interior Design Manager Manager your goal is to lead and inspire department and all store functions increasing the home furnishing interest of the many people and creating demand for home furnishing solutions and know how in the local market. You are also accountable for the store layout, range presentation and store communication thereby contributing to positioning the Client Brand as the leader in life at home.
You should be/have:
- passionate for home furnishing and proven customer-focused mindset.
- experience of working as a creative leader/manager in a retail environment, visually expressing the
- brand identity of a company
- with a design-based education
- visual competence, including a keen eye for aesthetics and good attention to detail
- clear communication, coaching and ability to explain and visualise new concepts
- ability to set and implement action plans, set expectations, provide clear direction and follow up goals
- cooperation with the Department of Communication and Interior Design
- active participation in recruitment processes and the development of employee competences
- active cooperation with interior design managers within the country,
- sharing country guidelines and global tools with in-store interior design specialists
- supervision over the quality and effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
- constantly expanding your knowledge about the industry as well as following current trends.
- good communication skills in English and Polish
