Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
They are an informal company of medium size where you can see the results of your work come by all day long.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In the role of Interim Production Planner you will be supporting the colleague production planner for a duration of ±3 months. Hereby you will create the daily production plan and support in the implementation and integration of new planning software. Creating the planning requires you to collaborate with several business units such as sales, logistics and warehousing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the production planning and the implementation and integration of new planning software. Other responsibilities consist out of keeping the inventory in balance whilst maintaining product efficiency. Also you will be responsible for:
- Keeping resources at the right inventory level and adjusting to the forecast
- Making capacity plans several months in advance
- Making head production plans multiple weeks in advance
- Optimising the order of production
- Keeping a balance between sales, production, logistics and procurement
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (or similar)
- Knowledge of an ERP system and the ability to learn different ones quickly
- A accurate and analytical but firm personality
- Fluent in Dutch and English
