Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
They design and deliver products and solutions in the field of wound treatment, infection prevention and surgery. The products have a very good price/ quality ratio and are supported by clinical and healthcare/ economic test results. They are enthusiastic about their products and want to improve this products even more.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
To lead and develop the global ProcedurePak supply chain planning team that manages effectively the tactical and operational planning horizons to ensure product availability at optimal customer service, e2e inventory and supply chain cost in line with business and customer requirements.
The second thing that is really important in this role is: take an active role in the Business Management process to ensure that demand and supply plans are balanced in the optimal way, to follow-up that plans are executed as agreed and that demand and supply planning performance are in line with the agreed targets for PPAK assortment. To establish Supply Chain agreements with factories and external contract manufacturers to support the effective management of availability planning processes
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support, coach and train team members
- Travel to Sweden 1 time per month
- Make budget plans
- Make inventory plans
- Prioritize Supply Chain Planning Capability
- MBM improvement
- Make requirements for the utilization
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics
- + 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Experience in the medical device or pharma industry
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with planning tools such as SAP, MS Excel and Cognos
