For our Client- multinational manufacturing company located near Katowice- we are looking for Interim Finance Manager/ Interim Accounting Manager/ Chief Accountant.
Working on this position you will be responsible for supporting CFO and financial team with daily work as well as close cooperation with the Board Members and top management. We are looking for mature person who will lead the Polish Accounting with close cooperation with Finance SSC located in Poland as well as with external auditors and banks. The largest challenges will be analysis of existing finance processes and presenting options for improvements as well as establishing meaningful KPIs to drive continuous improvement. The other tasks are connected with preparing monthly IFRS management reports, managing the periodic tax and statistical reporting (VAT, Corporate Tax, GUS, NBP) and completing finance process documentation in BPM tool.
We are looking for experienced Chief Accountants/ Finance Managers with excellent practical knowledge of accounting, taxes, finance with people management experience and being a business partner for stakeholders. Fully qualified with a relevant professional accounting qualification (ACCA, Polish Certified Accountant) is also very important as well as demonstrable experience in the preparation and development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasting, ensuring the engagement of the budget holders responsible for delivery. Ideal Candidate should be self- motivated, open- minded, communicative person with analytical skills and excellent English.
