Core activities concern, remote and on site, support of EMEA customers:
- Responsibility for installation full BPS solution and updates at customer premises or remotely
- Setup of customer profile and reproduce problem
- Finding solution to solve issue
- Helping customers to operate the solution
- Testing solution on industrial personalization machines
- Being able to conduct customer trainings
- Advicing improvements
- In urgent cases visiting at customer’s premises are required
Requirements:
- Engineer in Electronics, computer engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of Oracle databases
- Basic Knowledge of Java and ability to analyse code
- Ability to learn new things quickly
- Autonomy in problem-solving
- English as a working language and ability to communicate effectively
Desirable:
- Knowledge about Smart Cards, EMV and cryptography
